Kalamata olive dip, it’s what’s for dinner

After spending all day cooking and working on recipes, I don’t really feel like making anything for dinner. Dips have been my go to for the last couple weeks. Easy snackable dips. This kalamata olive dip was one I made years ago but forgot about until Saturday night after tasting a feta dip at Carly’s Bistro in Phoenix.

Kalamata Olive Dip

1 cup feta crumbles
4 oz kalamata olives, chopped
4 oz roasted red peppers, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic microplanned
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Mix everything up and enjoy. The flavors really come together after sitting for a few hours so have patience and enjoy a little later.
