Tina’s Cocktail

While in Florida, we met a bartender at the Waldorf in Orlando with a gift for cocktail creation. Presented with an indecisive customer, she took my poor request for something with vodka, said she was really into elderflower at the moment, and created something magical. My $15 cocktail was a cocktail truly worth $15. Chambord, Belvedere vodka, St. Germain blended to create perfection in a glass. Even more perfect was that the bartender was willing to share her creation!

Tina’s Cocktail

1.5 oz vodka
3/4 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Splash of chambord
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Splash of tonic

Shake up, in cocktail shaker, the first four ingredients with ice.
Strain into an empty glass.
Add ice.
Add a splash of tonic.
Garnish with lemon wedge.

Enjoy! Thanks, Tina!

And Waldorf? I’d still like to get my Kleen Kanteen back…Thanks!
