I’m back!

I posted this on Instagram a couple days ago. “It’s good to have something happen to shake you up and push you in a better direction.” I got laid off last week. It has been the best thing for me. I suddenly have free time! I have been running everyday. I am working back into my yoga practice for reals! Next week we leave for Phoenix to check out neighborhoods. So many changes are in the works, and I seriously couldn’t be happier.

Now, I know that change is hard for some people. I can see how it wouldn’t be easy and could be really scary. I am not one of those people. I totally embrace change and if change isn’t happening I feel uneasy. I truly believe that change makes us better. It’s usually leading to something so good you just didn’t even know it would be that good.

I read this about Gunther, Christine, and Otto yesterday where he suggests. “I am the other way round. If there are 99 negative and one positive, I focus on the positive.” When you are in the chaos of change (by your choice or not) focus on the good and great things will happen.
